Hospice Care of South Carolina consists of caring individuals that are experts in providing palliative care.

• Care begins within 24 hours of referral, if criteria is met.

  Registered Nurses coordinate the care for every patient,

  perform comprehensive assessments and provide direct

  patient care.  Patient and family education is an important

  part of every visit.

   

• Response time within 15 minutes. Nursing staff are on

  call and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will

  respond to your call within 15 minutes. Local professionals

  serve patients within each county.
   

• Family Support Services. Family support includes advice and

  counseling for the patient and all family members and the

  facilitation of community resources. Spiritual counseling for

  the patient and family is available through hospice clergy and
