What is Hospice?
Hospice Care of South Carolina was created to make a difference in your life and every life touched by an advanced illness. Since 1997 we have been changing the way people think about hospice care by focusing on living.
You are not alone. It is easy to feel overwhelmed when facing an advanced illness. You do not have to face this journey alone. We are here to help you. We’ll help you by providing information, resources, choices and options.
The thought of hospice care may seem like a financial burden. It is not. Medicare, Medicaid, and most private pay healthcare plans cover all the costs of certified hospice care. Hospice Care of South Carolina will never deny care to a patient for lack of healthcare coverage.
We Work For You – And With You. Our goal is to improve the overall quality of your life. We want to give you days that are filled with life instead of illness, free of pain and symptoms that have made you think about everything but living.
